Homemade Pie Crust
/Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter flavored shortening
4-6 tablespoons ice cold water
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Instructions:
Cut all dry ingredients together with a pastry blender until crumbly.
Add vinegar and 4 TBSP of the water. Stir and see if it comes together into a ball. If not, add the remaining water.
Separate into 2 balls and roll out with a rolling pin.
Use with any savory or sweet pie. (I recommend chicken pot pie.)
