Instant Pot Berry Compote
/8 Cups assorted Berries
1.5 cups sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup corn starch
1/2 cup water
Directions
Stir berries, sugar, and lemon juice in your Instant Pot. Seal and cook at high pressure for 6 minutes and then a natural release for 10 minutes.
Turn setting to boil, add the cornstarch and water mixture and stir until thick. This should only take a couple of minutes.
