Sausage and Bean Ragu with Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spicy ground sausage

  • 1 lb. pasta shape of your choice

  • 1 can black beans

  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Brown sausage and add beans, tomatoes, and broth. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions. Mix drained, cooked pasta and sauce. Add cheese and serve with salad and breadsticks!
