Peanut Butter Protein Bars
/Ingredients
2 cups peanut butter
1 3/4 cup honey or liquid sweetener
2 cups vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1 cup quick oats
Directions
Mix honey and peanut butter in a large bowl and microwave for 90 seconds. Stir completely.
Add protein powder and flax. Mix again.
Add oats and stir until combined.
Pour into a 9x13 glass pan and store in the refrigerator.
