Slow Cooker S’mores Fondue

Ingredients

  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate chips

  • 7 oz marshmallow cream

  • 1/4 cup half-and-half

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • bananas, strawberries chocolate-covered pretzels, graham crackers, and/or sliced apples

Directions

  1. Combine chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, half-and-half, vanilla, and mini marshmallows in slow cooker. Let it cook on low for 1 hour.

  2. Sprinkle with marshmallows and serve with fruit, pretzels, and graham crackers.

Homemade Honey Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Quick Oats

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1.5 chopped assorted nuts/seeds of your choice

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 3/4 cup melted butter

  • 2/3 cup honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Push into a 10x15 greased baking dish.

  3. Bake 15-20 minutes or unti slightly browned.

  4. Cool for 15 minutes and but into squares.

  5. These can be wrapped and frozen!

Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanut butter

  • 1 3/4 cup honey or liquid sweetener

  • 2 cups vanilla or chocolate protein powder

  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed

  • 1 cup quick oats

Directions

  1. Mix honey and peanut butter in a large bowl and microwave for 90 seconds. Stir completely.

  2. Add protein powder and flax. Mix again.

  3. Add oats and stir until combined.

  4. Pour into a 9x13 glass pan and store in the refrigerator.
