Red Beans and Rice
/Ingredients
1 ham hock
1 pound soaked kidney beans
2 diced onions
4-5 diced stalks of celery
3 bay leaves
10-12 cups of water
4-5 cubes of chicken bullion
1 tsp Tony’s
Directions
Put all ingredients in a large soup pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Cover and simmer for 3-4 hours.
Serve with hot sauce and over rice!
