Southern Chili
/Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1-2 cans tomatoes
2 diced celery stalks
2 cloves garlic
3 TBSP chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 TBSP sugar
1 tsp worcestershire
1/2 tsp hot sauce
15 oz can of kidney beans
Directions
Brown the beef, onions, celery, and garlic in a soup pot until beef is cooked through.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the beans and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
Add the drained can of beans and simmer another 15 minutes.
Taste for salt and serve over rice! Top with sour cream, cheese, and chips if you want.
