Beef Fajitas
/Ingredients
2 pounds flank steak, sliced thinly
1 can Rotel
2 garlic cloves, diced
1-2 sliced jalapeños
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
2 sliced bell peppers
tortillas for serving
Directions
Place beef in the slow cooker.
Top with all the other ingredients except the peppers.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours, then place bell peppers on top. Cook for another hour.
Serve over tortillas!
