Whole Wheat Muffins
/Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
Directions
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add egg and milk and mix again.
Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Bake at 350 for 12-20 minutes. If doing jumbo muffins, it’s closer to 30 minutes.
